A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a 40% charge of the remaining balance. Clients are allowed to reschedule one time using the same deposit as long as proper notice is given. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit to book. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
